Subject: This solemn declaration concerning Guangzhou Chanmag Machinery Co., Ltd. located in China infringed applies conscientiously [Chanmag with wheatear lo go & 銓麥text name] for internet sales within China area that is totally illegal tort.

Description: Chanmag Bakery Machine Co., Ltd. in Taiwan hereby strictly to declare
1.The Guangzhou Chanmag Machinery Co., Ltd in China is absolutely without any relationship with us.
2.Guangzhou City Court of Guangdong Province of China made judgment of civil law affair dated Oct. 28, 2015 to announce as follow : 「Guangzhou Chanmag Machinery Co., Ltd. in China without permission of trademark registered No. 1506606 from the register (note 1), presuming to apply the same trademark of registered No. 1506606, applied similar logo for using product sales promotion in conflict with commodity which made registration shown on above, constitutes infringe act of this matter, this China company should be stopped their behavior of violate copyright for sole sales right of registered trademark owner.」
3.Regarding the sales behavior of Guangzhou Chanmag Machinery Co., Ltd in China who non-authorization use [Chanmag with wheatear logo, 銓麥text name, products’ pictures and specification data…etc on website sales the products that is violate behavior. We are not responsible for after sales service and warranty for any products sold by above mentioned company of China.
