CHANMAG ชุดรีด-ปั้นแป้ง (Dough Moulder) is specially designed to shape dough into meet different demands sizes of breads in the bakery industry. After the dough has been relaxed, the dough molder can proceed to shape the dough and squeeze out the gas produced in the dough when proofing. This makes the air holes in the dough more evenly distributed. Once the dough has been pressed and shaped, it can be folded or rolled into the look of the final product and undergo final proofing.
