CHANMAG CM-350A, CM-550 Long Loaf Dough Moulder is suitable for gas-eliminating moulding motion on toast bread, hot dog bread, French stick, etc…
To use two pairs rollers for pressing out the air in the dough. Secondly, to roll dough into dough belt, then to use stainless steel net for winding dough belt into strip shape. After pressing tighten by press board, and then twist it into the length required.
Also can choose there are two inputs and two outputs, it will be a great assistance for upgrade product quality and labor saving.
