CHANMAG Gas Deck Oven CM-G102,G103,G104, CM-G204,G206,G208, CM-G306, G309,G312 is use gas heating, automatic ignition controlled by thermostat, can be set the top fire and bottom fire temperature. Perfect performance on the baking, Optional for steam function setting and save a lot of cost on the energy consume.

Technical Features 1. A safety device is installed with a microcomputer-controlled flare sensor. 2. Blast air to mix with gas to generate blue flame. Two igniting systems are provided. 3.
